DocuRAG service achieves CSAP SaaS Standard Grade certification

CSAP (Korea’s Cloud Security Assurance Program) is a cloud security certification that verifies the security, stability, and operational management of cloud services so that public institutions can adopt them safely. With this certification, DocuRAG is now officially recognized as a SaaS document AI service that meets the security standards required by public institutions.

DocuRAG supports evidence-based AI search, question answering, and review work grounded in internal documents, laws, regulations, and work materials. It is optimized for document-centric public-sector work such as investigations and reviews, regulatory review, and analysis of civil petitions and administrative documents, and it provides the security features public-sector environments require, including access control, audit logs, and personal information protection.
