DocuLLM
Document processing and domain-specific models
Extract structured information from documents and recordings, then use models tuned to your terminology and tasks.

while controlling how sensitive data is processed,
which models are used, and where the platform runs.
Policies, contracts, reports, and case records are spread across files and systems. Finding relevant information takes time. Using it with AI adds questions about sensitive data, access, and oversight.
Teams spend time searching files, comparing sources, and reviewing the same material.
Personal and confidential information needs to be handled according to your organization's policies.
AI needs to fit your systems, security requirements, and operating resources.
DocuRAG connects document processing, retrieval, AI workflows, and security controls in one platform.
Process your documents, configure retrieval and Q&A, and evaluate a pilot using no-code tools.
Detect sensitive information in documents, prompts, and responses. Apply de-identification or blocking rules and record policy actions in audit logs.
Monitor responses, usage, and operating costs. Choose from in-house, commercial, and open-source models to match each task and deployment requirement.

Build retrieval pipelines and agent workflows, from data preparation and indexing to deployment.
AI access through your business systems
Bring document Q&A and AI agents into the portals, messaging tools, and business applications your teams use.
Document classification and access control
Classify documents by type and security level to support retrieval, organization, and access control.
Find relevant passages in regulations, contracts, and reports. Ask questions, review summaries, and compare information across documents.
Use optical character recognition (OCR) and entity extraction to turn scanned documents and images into searchable text and structured fields, including names, organizations, dates, and amounts.
Classify documents and generate metadata by document type, issuing organization, processing stage, and other relevant attributes.
Inspect documents, prompts, and responses for sensitive information. Apply policy-based controls and detect prompt-injection and data-exfiltration attempts.
Route requests across models based on task requirements, performance, cost, and deployment constraints.
Track model performance, evaluations, usage, costs, and logs. Manage accounts, permissions, and policies from a central administrative interface.
Prepare an initial response using inquiry documents and supporting materials, then review and refine the draft in the required format.

DocuRAG helps your teams search, analyze, and automate work with documents. The platform has five modules: DocuLLM for document processing and domain-specific models, DocuSafety for sensitive data protection and AI controls, DocuFlow for no-code RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and AI workflows, DocuPortal for AI access through your business systems, and DocuClassify for document classification and access control.
DocuRAG detects personal and confidential information in documents, prompts, and AI responses. Depending on your policies, that information is de-identified or blocked, and policy actions are recorded in audit logs.
No-code tools let you process documents, configure retrieval and Q&A, and design RAG pipelines, from data collection and cleansing to embedding and deployment. This helps you evaluate a pilot without first building a dedicated development team. Integration with your existing systems is reviewed as part of the pilot.
You can choose SaaS, a dedicated VPC, dedicated GPU infrastructure, or on-premises and hybrid deployments. A PoC package is available for initial evaluation. In-house and commercial models can run side by side, so you can choose the model that fits each task and security requirement.
DocuRAG SaaS holds CSAP (Cloud Security Assurance Program) certification at the Standard Grade. We also hold GS (Good Software) certification, Grade 1, a Korean software quality certification. Our security controls have been reviewed against the OWASP Top 10.
Explore our demos to see key capabilities in action. For capabilities not shown there, talk to our team and we can arrange a guided demo. We can also build an agent for your workflow and evaluate it in a focused PoC.
