Cogniterm's DocuRAG applied to the Ministry of Finance and Economy's AI-ONE platform

Cogniterm’s AI agent platform, DocuRAG.
The following is an English summary of the original Korean article.
Cogniterm (CEO Jwayeon Jeong) announced that its AI agent platform DocuRAG is being applied to the AI-ONE platform project of the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE).
The project, worth about KRW 2.26 billion, consolidates work data and documents scattered across the ministry and builds a generative AI service environment for administrative work on top of them. Through document centralization, government documents and administrative data are turned into knowledge that generative AI can use. The aim goes beyond a chatbot: organizing scattered materials into one knowledge base that work-specific AI agents can draw on, automating repetitive tasks such as searching materials, reviewing documents, supporting report writing and classifying work.
Mobigen is the prime contractor, with Cogniterm participating as a solution supplier, supporting a document-based AI environment that links DocuRAG with the government-wide common AI foundation.
Because public documents can include personal information, sensitive information and non-public materials, the article notes that safety and reliability are core requirements alongside usability: leaks must be prevented and the basis for each answer and the usage history must be traceable.
DocuRAG provides document search, summarization, Q&A and work support, finding information in internal documents and institutional knowledge and delivering evidence-centered answers. Its security module, DocuSafety, supports automatic CSO document classification, identification and pseudonymization of personal and sensitive information, prompt injection detection, blocking of abnormal use, and log-based monitoring.
The article also describes Cogniterm’s work on document-based generative AI, RAG search, de-identification of personal information and AI security guardrails, which DocuRAG brings together in one platform. To make adoption easier for public institutions, Cogniterm is expanding its procurement channels step by step: consultations and contracts are currently available through Venture Nara, and the company is preparing CSAP (Korea’s Cloud Security Assurance Program)-certified SaaS and a listing on the Digital Service Mall.
A Cogniterm representative described the project as a public-sector AI transformation case that turns government documents and administrative data into knowledge assets and connects them to AI agent-based work automation, adding that it could become a reference model for central government ministries and public institutions applying generative AI to real work while using internal data safely.
